Our Approach

Our approach is to provide a pathway for anyone injured in auto accident to have quick and easy access to pain medication and pay nothing out of pocket. Some may choose to use our service and others may not -- but we want to provide a way for those who are light on cash to access their pain prescriptions without paying for them at the time of service.

In return, our company carries a lien (letter of protection) with the injury attorneys and then we wait out the settlement in order to be reimbursed. If the patient loses their case, we lose. If they win, we win.

 

We do not bill the patient for outstanding balances if they lose. We win and lose together. However, if they win, we profit from the risk we took and the capital we fronted in order to help the patient and their case move towards the finish line.
